Order preparation
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
- France, Spain and the United Kingdom: 7 to 15 days.
- Other available destinations: 20 to 30 days.
The date or estimate shown at checkout takes priority. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded, as required by law.
Shipping costs are shown before payment. For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged to the recipient.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, a link is sent by email. If a parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged, contact contact@klswear.com with your order number.
Withdrawal period
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt to inform us of your decision to withdraw. Sale and promotional items carry the same right, except where a legal exception applies.
Email contact@klswear.com with your name, order number and the products concerned, or use the returns feature in your customer account when available.
Returning a product
After submitting your request, you have fourteen days to return the product to the logistics address provided by our customer service team. Do not send a parcel to our registered office in Paris without prior instructions.
- From France: returns are free when using the label provided by KLSWEAR.
- From another country: direct return costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective, the order was prepared incorrectly or the costs must otherwise be covered by law.
You may handle and try on the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Any loss in value caused by excessive handling may be taken into account within the limits permitted by law.
Refunds
The refund includes the product price and the original standard delivery costs. It is issued to the original payment method within fourteen days after your withdrawal request. It may be deferred until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
Incorrect, damaged or defective product
Contact contact@klswear.com promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. KLSWEAR will advise you of the solution and cover the applicable costs, without affecting your statutory rights.
Legal exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
