1. Data controller

The controller of data collected on klswear.com is KLSWEAR, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €5,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 108 498 106, with its registered office at Bureau 326, 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.

2. Data processed

Depending on how you use the site, KLSWEAR may process your identity and contact information, billing and delivery addresses, information relating to orders, payments, returns and customer service communications, customer account and preference data, and technical and browsing information such as your IP address, device type, browser, connection logs and cookie identifiers.

Full bank card details are processed directly by payment providers and are not stored by KLSWEAR.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Managing the cart, order, payment, delivery, returns and after-sales service, based on performance of the contract.
Creating and managing the customer account, based on performance of the requested service.
Responding to customer service requests, based on performance of the contract or our legitimate interest in supporting our customers.
Complying with accounting, tax, warranty and fraud-prevention obligations, based on our legal obligations or legitimate interests.
Securing the site, measuring its performance and improving our services, based on our legitimate interests where consent is not required, or on your consent in other cases.
Sending offers and news by email or SMS, based on your consent where required, with the option to withdraw it at any time.
Personalizing content and advertising only where the required consent has been given.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be accessed by authorized KLSWEAR personnel and service providers needed to operate the store, including Shopify, payment providers, hosting, security and support tools, suppliers or fulfillment partners where necessary, carriers, communication providers, and analytics or advertising tools authorized by your choices.

These providers may use the data only for the services entrusted to them, subject to their own legal obligations. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers, including the Shopify group and its processors, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another recognized safeguard, together with supplementary measures where necessary.

6. Retention periods

Order data, invoices and accounting records are retained for the statutory periods, generally ten years.
Account data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable obligations.
Prospect data may be retained for up to three years after the last active contact, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
Customer service requests are retained for as long as needed to process them and defend our rights.
Cookies and consent choices are retained for the periods stated in the cookie management tool and no longer than necessary.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

To exercise your rights, email contact@klswear.com and describe your request. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés: www.cnil.fr.

8. Cookies

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for operation, security, the cart and payment. It may also use preference, analytics, personalization or advertising cookies, which are placed only in accordance with your choices where consent is required.

The cookie banner allows you to accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” tool available on the site. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent you from placing an order.

9. Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in each message. For SMS messages, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, including replying STOP where offered. You can also email contact@klswear.com.

10. Security and updates

KLSWEAR and its providers implement appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
